In options go to the cheat menu and put in Square, X, Circle, Square, X, Circle and the cheat will show in white. Type in again to turn cheat off.

Defeat him in story mode

Select touya as your final opponent in arcade mode
Fight as Kuro Momotaro
Select makintaro as your final opponent in arcade mode and win
Fight as M1
Defeat dark tournament in easy difficulty
Fight as M2
Successfully complete arcade mode using M1
Fight as Makintaro
Complete dark tournament under easy difficulty
Fight as Roto
Complete dark tournament under easy difficulty
Fight as Toguro
Successfully complete the game in story mode
Fight as Touya
Complete dark tournament under easy difficulty
