Max Health

During gameplay press Start to pause the game then HOLD L1 + l2 and press Down, Up, Down, Up, Right, Left, Circle. Not usable in versus mode
Eyes Flash
Hold L1 + L2 and rotate the Left Analog stick several times

Get Versus Mode (American Version)

Play a normal game and give in to your first enemy on the bridge. After he ties you up on the railroad tracks, Kitcho comes along. Refuse to accept Kitcho's invitation to join him, then you will die and the versus mode will be available at the title screen

Press Start To Go To the Sword Title. Then press and Hold R1+R2 And then press Right, Right, Left, Left, Down, Up, Circle.

Japaneese Game codes All Vs Mode Skills

During a vs mode battle pause the game and Hold R1 and press Left, Left, Right, Right, L1, L1, L2, L2, L1, Right, Left. The equipped sword will have all skills now. For 2 player games both players must enter the code

Get vs Mode

At the title screen Hold L1 and R2 and press Right + Square

Sword Hardness Maxed

During gameplay press Start to pause the game then HOLD R1 + r2 and press Right (7 times), Left, Down, Up, Square

Get Health

During gameplay press Start to pause the game then HOLD L1 + l2 and press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Square

Switch Characters

Highlight the name entry prompt for the main player on the character select screen and press L1, R1, L2, R2, L2, R1, L1, Left, Left, Left, Left, R2 + Square. Now press left or right to pick a character
