The name Valkyrie Profile may not mean much to most gamers, but it soon will. The second game in the series, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, is set to be unveiled at the E3 show this May. But in anticipation, Square Enix has dropped screens of the game on the web. You can see for yourself just how gorgeous it actually is.

With lush, medieval backgrounds, action-packed battles and detailed character designs, this is a game that will make you feel the fantasy you're playing. Expect Valkyrie Profile 2 to hit PS2s sometime this fall. Check back on May 10 for our impressions of the first playable version of the game.
