Unlock Tower Tooth
Complete story mode with 5 different character on any difficulty (must have all five saved) and you'll unlock tower tooth in challenge mode and death match for Rome only.
NOTE: In challenge mode with tower tooth you will be given PRE-SELECTED opponents! Have fun with him!
