Samurai Warriors 2: Empires Hints
Get 4th Weapon In Empire Mode
Select All Smiths in Decree And raise your character's weapon to the 4th Level. Then go to a stage and destroy 500 Soldiers. When the mission is complete, you will get the 4th Weapon (it is very Powerful).

Nagamasa azai

Ieasu can shoot cannonballs out of his weapon
Tadakatsu can kill any enemy in at least 3 hits
Nagamasza can hit people from a distance with his jousting spear
