Throw Gernades Rapidly
First If you want to throw grenades rapidly grab a frag, satchel, incendiary, shock. then have at least two weapons then press your grenade throwing button press Square or circle keep pressing R1 rapidly if you do it correctly you should see plenty of grenades on the floor. P.S. also works on 1 player story mode.
