Once you have the Hologuise, go to Blackwater City and take the cab to the hoverboard race. Equip the Hologuise and walk off the cab into the sea.

Lots of Bolts
After you get to Dreck on your home planet, go to the planet with the Mecks and change into big clank. Fight the Mecks and once you beat them jump off the cliff and you will reaper in front of the circle. face them again and you should not be able to die. Do it a lot and you wil get a lot of bolts.
