In keeping with its tradition of celebrating historical events, the Maestro of Search has created a custom "doodle" to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Pac-Man. This doodle, however, is the first ever fully interactive Google logo - just give it a second or hit the "Insert Coin" button and it'll kick in, then watch as whatever it was you were about to do wakka-wakkas into oblivion...

Pac-Man, the iconic 1980s arcade ghost-chaser, is to become the star of his own rally game. Pac-Man World Rally features 14 playable characters including Toc-Man (that's him in the shots), who's actually a ghost posing in a robotic Pac-Man suit.
