PS2 News | Shadow of the Colossus

The only thing of interest, in fact, is that Team Ico's fantastic artistry thankfully seems to be intact. It appeared on the dev team's updated recruitment page, which is advertising for planners, animators, artists and effects designers for the ...

PS2 News | Shadow of the Colossus
Let the haters and the old ladies complain about how those newfangled video computer games teach us to be killers; we've always taken the view that violent games are a pressure valve for blowing off steam in a harmless way. Don't believe it? Play something fierce and bloody the next time you're in a really bad mood, and then try telling us you didn't feel better afterward. But why stop there? If games can keep you from climbing a clock tower and expressing your inner pain in the form of ...

PS2 News | Shadow of the Colossus
Shadow of the Colossus has won several heavyweight plaudits at the Game Developers Conference Awards. Colossus scooped four awards (Best Game, Character Design, Audio Design and Best Visual Arts). God of War, despite being nominated in six different categories, never got a look in. PS2 News | Shadow the Hedgehog
Sega has just released an overload of new shots of Shadow the Hedgehog, the latest instalment in the long-running (with the emphasis on running) Sonic series. The game focuses as much on shooting as it does on the super-speedy platforming for which the Sonic series is best known, while gamers are left with the quandary of whether Shadow is renegade or hero. The Sonic offshoot provides players with an assortment of weapons and vehicles with which to progress through a total of 50 ...

The first official screenshots of Sonic spin-off Shadow the Hedgehog reveal that the game will place a strong emphasis on shooting in addition to the super-speedy platforming for which the Sonic series is best known.
