The Wii maker has reported that its nine-month profit almost doubled, thanks to the massive sales of both DS and Wii. Sales rose 85 percent to a frightening 1.32 trillion yen. Following a string of rumors, it turns out Sony's PSP platformer Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is coming to PS2 very shortly.
