Need for Speed: Underground 2

NFS Underground 2 speeds into view... again

Yet more Electronic Arts street racing/car modding shenanigans exposed

EA have released more new shots of their street-racing sequel Need for Speed Underground 2. Set in a massive, free-roaming city, the game features five interconnected locales packed with rival racers.

The game also features over 30 tuner cars - many of which can be seen in these new screens - including vehicles from Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen, while the degree of customisation has been ramped up massively to include audio upgrades, scissor doors, spoilers, headlights, side skirts, roof scoops, hoods, rims, wide body kits and neon. Plus, we'd imagine, go-faster stripes.

Need for Speed Underground 2 will be released for PS2, Xbox, PC and Cube in the autumn
