Dunk Celebrations
After you get a 50 or so on a dunk in the Slam Dunk Contest, you can do some celebrations if you play around with the right analog stick.

Created Player Taller Than Max Height
When you create a player, the tallest you can make him is 7'6". If you make him 7'6" and then as young as possible, then he will grow to 7'7" during the second or third year in Dynasty Mode.

NBA Store Points
When You Play Dynasty Mode: Complete an entire season and at the start of the next season you should have some store points go and buy your shoes then save only the settings and and exit the season (you should have saved your season right after the playoffs ended.) After reloading your previous season you should have the same amount of store points plus all the shoes you just bought.

Easy Fast Break
This code is generally for NBA Live players who play on superstar. The easiest way to execute a fast break without the defense catching you is to run on the baseline then cut in once you are around the arc. Finally just hit the dunk button and the defender will be left behind you as you slam it home.

Another Easy Shot
Pump fake until the guy defending you jumps. While he jumps take it in for a dunk or layup.

Slam Dunk Contest Points
While in the Slam Dunk Contest, tap Square, then hold Circle to do MJ's 1988 Slam Dunk. If it is done from the free throw line, it is worth an automatic 50. Hold L1 + R1 and press Square(2), Triangle to do the Vince Carter arm in the rim. If you hold it for a few seconds, he will put his arm pit in the rim for a 50 sometimes.
To do a 720 dunk for an automatic 50, hold R1 and run towards the basket and press the one foot 180 gather (Triangle). As soon as the gather motion starts, quickly rotate the Left Analog-stick counter-clockwise, twice then press the Windmill Dunk (Triangle) again. Release Triangle just before completing the first rotation and you will automatically complete the second rotation. You will always get a 50 for completing this dunk. Note: The R1 dunk modifier must be held for the entire dunk. Also, you must complete the 720 motion before pressing Triangle the second time to dunk.
To do a under the legs dunk, start from the baseline. Hold L1, then use Circle to gather and Circle to do the trick. Correct timing is required.
To do a under the legs reverse dunk for an automatic 50, start from the corner of either baseline, then run toward the basket and press the two foot 180 gather (X) just as you reach the word "HOUSTON*06" along the baseline. As soon as you start the gather motion, hold Pump Slam (Circle) button, releasing Circle as soon as the ball passes under the legs and make contact with the player's other hand. The timing is difficult and you will probably get hung on the rim until you get the timing correct. However, this dunk is worth an automatic 50. Note: When you perform this dunk, make sure you are running in the red out of bounds area behind the goal and not on the court or the judges may only give you a 49.

In a game when someone is close on you move the right analog stick down for a new cross-up and get your guy open for the easy shot.

Playmaker Passing
To fake the opponent and blow they mind with specific and precise passing simply hold down L1 as usual and press:
[Triangle] 2 - No Look Pass
[Square] 2 - Behind Tha Back Pass
[X] 2 - Bounce Pass
[Circle] 2 - Behind Head/"Skip 2 My Lou" Pass
To really have precise passing peep game: when holding down L1 and pressing one of the four buttons, swang tha left analog stick in tha direction you want tha ball 2 go.

Hold L1+R1 and press circle twice to do a one-handed cartwheel dunk. Make sure you are at the right distance because if you're too far you won't make it and too close you won't dunk.
