Turns out that the last two games were anything but "Ultimate," because Ultimate Ninja 3's got 40 playable characters, nearly 60 missions, and the all new Summoning mode. We're inclined to believe it.

Anko mitarishi is one of the most versatile characters in this game. With an aerial jutsu, ->OO attack that can be shuriken cancelled and the ability to juggle opponents with throws in certain stages, she comes at the top of my list for beating down punks.
With all the new gameplay features and fan service heaped upon it by Namco Bandai and the impeccable license, Ultimate Ninja 3's complete package should have any Naruto fan curious enough for at least one more last-gen joyride.
