Byakugan Hinata
In order to unlock Byakugan Hinata, you must know the jutsu that Rock Lee teaches you from the Chuunin Exam Stadium between arcs 3 and 4. After Arc 4, go to the outside of the Chuunin Exam Stadium and you will see Hiashi. Talk to him. Then head to the bridge by the trail. Talk to Hinata there. After that, head back to the Chuunin Exam Stadium and talk to Neji. Win the battle then go and talk to Hiashi outside of the stadium and you will be given Byakugan Hinata.

Taijutsu Naruto
To get Taijutsu Naruto the easy way is to beat the game and save your money. (P.S. you need 100,000 ryo.) If you don't have that much ryo go to the forest of death and find Sakura and do her challenge and it will give you 15,000 ryo each time and if you get 100,000 ryo go to Tanzaku Town and buy the bottom item. Then go to the out skirts of Tanzaku and face off Might Guy.

2 Secret characters
Byakugaan Hinata: Speak with Hyuuga Hiashi outside the arena. Then at the rooftop. Then speak with Hinata at the training grounds. Head to the arena and beat Neji.
Taijutsu Naruto: Speak with Maito Gai at the marketplace. Head to the Tanzaku Town and buy a Maito suit (100.000 mon). Head to the next screen and fight Gai.
