Kisami Hosigaki has a very cool weapon called the shark skined sword, in order to use its incredible power to drain chakra, you must use Kisami's level 2 secret technique, you do not have to complete the whole technique just start it and when the technique is done, Kisami will have a mode called "SHK" under his name. In this mode each time you hit an opponent even when they are blocking, the hit will drain their chakra.
