The game deal struck between EA and Marvel back in 2004, which to date has seen only the release of Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects, is dead. Confirmed by the publisher, EA has stated, "EA and Marvel have jointly agreed to discontinue development of the Marvel titles under the EA Games Label.
