How to get posters
To get posters in skybox you must play a ball game and make a really cool play and then go to replay and get a cool view of the play ant hit L3 and it will take a screen shot save it and go to the posters in skybox and put it in one of the slots

Easy way to win tokens
Under Game Settings for Difficulty. Make it custom settings when you raise your contact and power for your hitters and you'll be hitting home runs left and right and scoring hundreds of tokens per game and be able to unlock all the unlockables faster.
