Guitar Hero World Tour

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine answered a fan's question whether they were planning to make a Guitar Hero game. Here's his comments on the matter.

In an interview with The Independent, Jimmy Page formerly of Led Zeppelin made another one of his legendary quips against the longstanding Guitar Hero franchise- also, to further the disappointment of fans, has once again shunned the possibility of a Led Zeppelin tie-in.

Activision's goal is to expand the franchise to attract new players with differing tastes, but Guitar Hero CEO Dan Rosensweig is quick to note that the franchise already has a large female following.

WorthPlaying writes, Grammy Award-nominated American metal rocker and former White Zombie frontman Rob Zombie adds to his Rock Band DLC catalog (currently War Zone) with three new tracks for the Rock Band platform, including Dragula and Superbeast, from his debut solo album, Hellbilly Deluxe, as well as Burn, from his new album, Hellbilly Deluxe 2, to be released Nov. 17. Zombie also has a film currently playing in theaters – Halloween 2, which he wrote, directed and produced.
