Mystery:Now when u play as Vic Vance in vcs.u will notice something.he speaks English american accent and all that.but at the beginning of vice city the first one lance Vance states that they killed his brother.and people can't seem to get which one it was. Pete or Vic Vance.they say it was Pete be because of the Hispanic accent and at the end of vcs vic says he is out of the drug gang.but i have done lots of research and it shows vic died at the beginning of vice city.
