Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for PS2 will be on North American shelves on June 6, at the budget price of $19.99.

Above: Check out the PSP version. We don't expect the PS2 version to offer any major changes

While that may seem like a great bargain, remember that it's a port of the best-selling PSP game which, although a hugely impressive PSP game, is dwarfed in both size and content by the year-old GTA: San Andreas.

Still, though. If you're the kind of person that finds PSP too cumbersome to play, then it's the perfect game to tide you over until the first next-gen GTA details trickle through.
