1.5 Million in Two Hours
Entry Location:
Fuji 1000km endurance race
Get a race car and upgrade it to over 1000Hp. (The Toyota Minolta 88C-V or the CLK GTR or something like that will work.) Go to the Fuji 1000km race in the endurance hall and enter it. Go to the car settings and go to the transmission gear ratios. Put the auto setting to 25. Then let your B-Spec driver race it for you. It should take about 2 hours and 7 minutes if you leave him on 4 and put it on times three. (If you put him on 5 and his skill level is high enough he won't run off the track and it might save you about 10-20 minutes. (My skill level was over 7100.) My B-spec driver got to lap 84 and was ahead by 3 laps so there is nothing to worry about on having him lose the race. (When I used this cheat I had not finished the race so I had to calculate it in my head. But your B-Spec driver should pit 21 times in the race.) If he is fast enough he can win by 8 laps. (I started at 8:15 in the morning. But don't skip this and go to the Nurburgring 24 hour endurance race. It may get you over $3 million but it takes 8 hours and 30 minutes.) If you go off and eat or something like that he will just be going through the pits and not stopping at his pit box and he will run out of fuel.

Avoid Driving Mission Penalty
On Special Event/driving mission mode in simulation, if you hit a wall or car and receive a penalty for it, check if your RPM is above the rev-limiter for the gear that is below (i.e., if you are in third gear then the gear below is second gear). To check if you are above the rev-limiter, if the RPMs are almost redlining then you can over-rev if you downshift. If you downshift when you are redlining in one gear, then the rev-limiter will not allow the clutch to be engaged, allowing you to stay above the 30 mph penalty. You will lose speed, but not as rapidly as you would if you were to drop down to 30 mph for five seconds.
Help on Licenses
When you are doing the national A and national B licences press R3 and it will lay down a pth. Blue means accelerate, white means do nothing and red means brake. Follow the path and the colour code exactly to obtain a high rank. IMPORTANT: This doesnt work on the laps around courses since you should be following the lead car.
Quick Cash ($306,00)
To get some quick cash is very easy you don't need a very fast car. You will need a car around 300 bhp or more and go to special conditions, go to the second one down. Win the 2 races ($5,000 each) that are quite easy. After winning both races you are rewarded a Rally Car. Go back to your garage and sell this car (or keep it if you wish) once sold you get $256,000 so after that you should have $306,000 wich will buy you a nice Ford GT done up.
Horsepower Boost
When you get a new car, give it an oil change and your car's hosepower will be increased.

Win Circuit de la Sarthe Passing Mission
This mission requires that you pass all three of the same cars as you. This can be done very easily if you know where to look. You should be able to pass the car right in front of you when you start in the first part of the straight. When you get to the chicanes, brake as if you were taking the corner, but go straight. You will then encounter a wall. Steer around it. You will encounter a few more walls. Keep doing this until you see the track again, then get back on the track. You should be in second place with a large head start on the last car. Do the same thing with the other chicane. While on the final straight, be sure to keep out of line of the car behind you. You can lose if you don't!
