Bardock - must finish every mission dealing with Bardock in Story Mode 2
Broly - Must face him 3 times then finish the "other" saga in Story Mode
Cell saga characters and techniques - beat the Cell saga in story mode
Cooler - Must face him 3 times then finish the "other" saga in Story Mode
Frieza saga characters and techniques - beat the Frieza saga in story mode
Gt saga characters and techniques - beat the Gt saga in story mode
Janemba - Must face him 2 times then finish the "other" saga in Story Mode
Majin Buu saga characters and techniques - beat the Majin Buu saga in story mode
Pikkon - Defeat Pikkon in Story Mode 2
Saiyan saga characters and techniques - beat the Saiyan saga in story mode

Easy Dragonballs
It's pretty obvious, But during the Cell saga, One of the mini-games, Is Goku finding the Dragonball While destroying all the fake ones by Red-Ribbon. Well, The dragonball is in the same place everytime. So you can just keep doing that mini-game again and again.
