Burnout 3: Takedown Cheats
Pimp Your Ride with Murderous Weaponry
Go into a road rage session in single player. While picking your car, hold L1, L2, and R1. Once road rage starts, two machine guns and a rocket launcher will appear on your car.

Change Soundtrack While Racing
You can change the song that you are listening to by pressing the L2 button.
Beginning boost
At the start of a race, rev up then hold brake and accelerate until the timer says 1. Release brake and go! You won't burnout or anything but you'll accelerate faster.
Fill Burnout Meter
After doing the boost reach the 3rd CPU driver and take him out to fill the Burnout Meter rapidly
