I'll save you the trouble, if you want. So here: SPOILER ALERT- You beat the boss of course, Mercer takes the nuke far away into the ocean, the city is saved, and at the end you see a puddle of the viral mutation goo shit that mercer is made of or whatever. The puddle starts to move and shift and you see his hand or arm form or something? I forget what exactly but mercer survives is what I got from it, dude's invincible. END SPOILER
That out of the way, I think this game is worth keeping an eye on, it's not going to be an amazing original one shot wonder or anything, but it'll be fun just like the first one.
This is a crap-ton of text, so you'll forgive me Mr. Houghton if I'll just skip reading the majority of the article, and just say I applaud you for starting tons of disputes and arguments rife with name calling and contempt through the publishing of a single article.
"We will push the title a lot because it's a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years...What we have seen is just fabulous,"
Translation: "We will continue to milk this franchise because it's become very easy and fast to make money off of it...what we have seen is that we can destroy what was once a great game and still make money off of the pile of crap we've turned it into"
What if you could throw weapons? Combine that with the spears, and that would be my new favorite weapon. Also, they could just add a shitload of new weapon types: naginatas, halberds, pikes, flails, singlehanded warhammers, battle claws, kataras, juttes, whips, bo staffs, you name it. And I know some of those don't fit with skyrim's setting, but I just google'd "every weapon ever made" and got some of those, so whatever.
I've aquired a ps3, 360, and a wii over the years, and I'm lucky enough to have a really nice comp that can do things like run skyrim at max if I wanted it for pc. That being said, I'm most excited for the Wii U. I love nintendo's games, and a new console rumored to be that cool sounds awesome. And I never even knew there was a new entry in Paper Mario, which is one of the reasons I'm excited for it to be honest.
I've looked at alienware's stuff as well before, and I think you'd be far better off just shopping around for the best parts and building it yourself. With alienware, you're basically paying for a brandname, some flashy lights, and a nice look. Metroid's right when he says the pc is far more powerful, it's true. But I think he's talking about the potential of pcs when you actually make the best one you possibly can. If you find the right parts, you can make something that makes the 360 and ps3 look like a toaster.
