if you look close enough for jump 17, theres actually a small path on the grassy area which leads straight to the jump, it skids a littlt bit, but, if you get the speed right, the angle right and theres no traffic coming you will easily get through that jump

just some advide for the "easy as can be" mission, when you get in the car, other cars surround you and try to kill you, i suggest, before you leave the alley, shoot the 2 cars tyres or blow them up, then, when your further down the road, another car comes to you, stop the car and do the same to him, that way you can just slowly control the car back to the lock-up (:
