Is the fact that you have to create an avatar, which takes very little time if you choose to do it yourself or seconds if you choose a pre-made one from the selection available, and is only asked of you once in the entire time you own your xbox live account, really so much of an annoyance to you that you felt the need to write a three paragraph rant about it and question microsoft's country of origin? there are very few games that actually require you to use your avatar, and most of them are for kinect, which since you're so Elitist I doubt you would allow yourself to buy at the risk of losing your reputation as "TeH 1337ZORZ ". No-one's forcing you to spend hours hand crafting an avatar to perfectly match your real life self, or buy clothes for them, or even look at them if you use the xbox home button to look at your friends list, so It's not really worth complaining about is it? besides, some people like Avatars, me included.

I think Bungie will come down like a ton of fusion coils on this, but only becuase they've used master chief in a video showing off non-halo videos featuring non-halo ships and the like, if it had been the official trailer for reach or something they might have accepted it as free publicity, but given they've portrayed master chief out of the halo universe I don't think they'll allow it.

While the touch pad may be fine to function as a second analog stick for you right handed people, nintendo seems to have forgotten the small percentage of us who are left handed that won't be able to play most of the games due to there only being a stick on the left. solution? put another stick on the right under the ABXY buttons. Extra thumbstick for touchpad haters, usable for lefties and righties. win-win!

escort missions definitley do suck. especially getting martin through the imperial city at the end of oblivion! at least in halo cortana's inside your own helmet, so all you need to do is protect yourself. minigames are also rather annoying, but i can't believe you didn't include retarded AI on this list! i don't know how many times i've had an enemy run at me in oblivion when i'm standing on a large rock, and have them run non-stop into the front of the rock below me, instead of walking 3 meters round to the back of it so they can walk up the convinient ramp-shaped peice of the rock behind me!

i agree that some games like oblivion really don't need any achievments to make them great, i have at least 7 charachters on oblivion, and i'm still not bored of it. and as for other games, how can you say achievments reduce the amount of fun you can get from a game? if you want immersion, go play bioshock or dead space, or even halflife 2 in the dark and turn the notifications off. but personally i enjoy playing a game like halo or the orange box and doing whatever it takes to chase down every last achievment. multiplayer achievments may be easy to cheat at, but when you think about the fact that not everyone in the world is willing to cheat for overkill and two-for-one (i still haven't got them!) and that some people (like me) actually enjoy playing the game properly, online or not, and the sense of accomplishment you feel when you get that achievment you've spent the last 6 hours trying desperateley to get (for me some of the veteran difficulty levels in COD4).

i think that it will be like one of the interviewed guys said, and that it's a sequel set a while later after one of the little sister's you saved (you guys saved them right?), who wants rapture back. they decide to build a new rapture, and there are 2 sides, people for and against it, with this time you playing as a bad guy fighting for rapture possibly.

thinking some kind of lock for you guys' doors may be in order.
