The original came a while before I was born, so I'm unfamiliar with it. But I've got to say, that short video looked amazing and might be one of the few titles I would download (since the internet here isn't the best)
I got Okami, Kingdom Hearts 2 and Odin Sphere. Got Okami last year and Odin Sphere earlier this year. Still haven't beaten it. It is beautiful and the story is interesting, but goddamnit is it hard!
@LastPariah The same could be said about Atheists who believe that they are superior to everyone else and try to shove their views down others' throats. Not all religion followers, not atheists are like this.
However, the last one was insulting. I liked the rest of the article but the last part was a shoddy attempt at humour that only succeeds at insulting people.
This article came across as whiney and while making a few good points was overloaded with rubbish comments and rude remarks attempting humour via the potty kind. I mean, what the heck, does this guy need an enema?
Didn't find this ad too bad, but I preferred the ODST ad. I think the problem is that the ads are so seperated from the actual reality of the games. And I haven't read any of the novels, but last time I checked they weren't written by the writers for Halo, so I would be cautious in accepting them as cannon, or indeed indicative of the series. The true series is the games, and they are not that deep. @CoryRX8 Your critising a game because it used limited technology to tell a story? And the fact that you see the start, instead of been chucked into the middle of everything? Maybe you should be more observant. There is a lot of well done story and presentation in the Half Life series. One of the best stories in games. It might not have as many names and history as others, but that does not make a good story. Any smuck can make a story with 200 characters alive and dead, but it takes true story tellers to make the audience care about them. To not have to tell everything, but leave subtle clues. And the time taken to make episodes? I dun't know, maybe it's all the updates to their game engines, the readjusting for macs and the sequels to other games that are keeping them busy. It isn't random stuff just because you can't understand it, whether you are meant to or not. Yes, some people have really taken to town on small details, but maybe they do have importance that will be explained in the next episode?
I am in complete agreement. I prefer my games to be a little meaty, but if it drags on, then it's better to cut the excess. Portal was the right length. I also though TWEWY was a good length, and still has re-playability thanks to it's extra missions/chapter select.
@DVTC Calm down, he just has a different opinion. I'm personally not that interested in this game, but want to try some of the personas. Just because he doesn't like the sound of this game doesn't mean he has ... unsophisticated tastes or anything
