Well, frankly it looks like the same game with improvements, mainly the addition of melee weapons, but looking at the new cast of characters (even though I'm glad I now share a name with Nick), I can't help but like the old group more, obviously the game hasn't come out yet and little to nothing is known about them, but at first glance I prefer Bill, Francis, Louis and Zoey. To be honest, I think they should have both games parallell one another, it's obvious some people will prefer the setting or characters to the first one over the second, so patch in melee weapons and all the other improvements so people can choose which one they want to play

OMG, I seriously need to get the 360 version now, I got fallout 3 for ps3 on christmas because I told my mom I didn't really care because they were the same, but now all this awesome DLC is coming out for 360 and I am pissed

All the consoles have flaws and fanboyels can suck it. 360 is the most game heavy and has online well worth the membership which is like 7 bucks, but is the most likely to break, which is unfortunate, other then that it's in the middle of the two extremes, wii and ps3. Ps3 is more powerful, but has a general lack of good exclusives that make the most of it, combine that with mediocre online and you get a console well capable of beating the 360 but with fundamental flaws holding t back. Then the wii has been brought down by all the shovel ware, the motion controls would Be a good pay off for graphcs and stuff, if they couod do it right, most games just come off as gimmicky with few exceptions

How exactly is Dog more interesting then Samus? Dog makes bounty hunting seem boring as hell, Samus makes it awesome, Samus wins. How is real street fighting better then street fighter? One could argue that being in a real street fight is funner then the game, but only in street fighter do people shoot energy out of their hands, so street fighter is cooler

Sebastian 16, just because you are probably some kind of 360 or wii fanboy doesn't mean you have to be ignorant. I own all three consoles and play them all, mainly my 360, and short sided ignorance like that is a sign that you are a biased, misinformed douche. There is nothing wrong with the ps3 itself, I would have to say that all and all it is a superior console to the 360, it's only problem is all the wasted potential, the same applies for the wii, there are a ton of extremely pretty ps3 exclusives, the only thing these games tend to do wrong is that the gameplay is average at best, whereas multi platform releases like, say, Dead Space or Mirrors Edge generally tend to be better AND available on both consoles, so the ps3s potential has so far been pretty much wasted, somethign that this is looking to fix, as the god of war series has been great from the beginning and this looks to be no exception, just much bigger and prettier. You shouldn't allow your bias to change your opinion on a game, a lot of people has posted comments saying they wish they could play it, because god of war is amazing, the console a game is on means nothing

Dude, I have all three consoles and haven't found any reason to ignore any of them, the onlt downside to the wii is the casual gamers, Nintendo have proven that they are a bunch of greedy bastards by flipping off the hardcore fans that gave them their initial success in favor of a bunch uncoordinated retards who claim to like video games but only play crap like wii sports and wii music, and now they only give actual fans 2 or 3 games a year, but the plus side is that most of these are still very good, but not plentiful enough, so it mainly falls down to third party developers, however, most of them are following Nintendo's example, but it's the actual games that Nintendo release and third party games like No More Heroes and the games on this list that are stopping me from getting rid of mine, wait, what was I talking about again? Oh yeah, shut up dawgs

Got it for Christmas, haven't left the house since,10 from me, though I agree with the voice acting bit, though at least it's beter than oblivions, that game had like two voices per race

They are giving something to compare to, they could just use words, but then people will take thigns differently and nobody can no for sure what they mean, but by making a comparison like " game x should do something like gameplay mechanic x from game y"

well yeah it is, I don't really see your point though, I garee with some of these, and I didn't really notice the similarities with Bioshock and Dead Space, but the gameplay is different and they are both so good it doesn't matter
