	I'd stand by his review; cluttered visuals on a game that requires use of a touch screen is valid. The touch screen can be flaky and unreliable at best; calling on precision action in a cluttered screen is a gameplay point. A voice acting is valid too; don't lower standards for a system that doesn't perform (as it had once claimed to be able to). Stick with the objectivity of your scoring rubric, and back down to no one.
