If i remeber and old new scienctist article correctly, syncronised (which is far more efficiant than asyncronised, and what I assume he is refering to) megnetic resonance only interacts with the charging coils so wouldent damage cells at all, but your point about interferance is an interesting one. Another problem is that it will simply never be as efficiant and wired charging, and at a time when we are fast running out of resources weather it is really justifiable to use even a, say, 80% efficiant wireless chargin system just to save the effort of plugging in a controller.

TL:DN = It won't damage cells, maybe interferance will be a problem, but it will never be as efficiant as wired charging anyway.

The problem is, that only makes it worse when they force me to use Origin, just so they can get ahead of steam. I would have played the sh*t out of BF3 and ME3 (when it comes out) but ebcause i want to have all my games in one place, and make it clear i don't want another GFWL im gonna miss out on some amazing games :(

Was looking forward to this,but now the gravity powers just seem like cheap ways to get an mêlée insta-kill and stop a opponent from firing for a few seconds, both of whichwould be highly annoying in multiplayer.

IT was running 3 Nvidia 580's in triple SLI i believe, definitely out of average pc gamers scope, but not a supercomputer. You also missed out the fact that, despite consoles being so far behind compared to pcs at the moment, games still look quite similar across platforms due to the massive levels of optimisation consols get. I think that a, albeit slightly toned down, verson of that technology will happen on the next generation of consoles.

not even close, the cheapest would struggle on low, and the two higher end options might just run medium smoothly. It's a big shame really, theres a lot of potential there, but they ruined it by adding really terrible graphics cards.
