Definitely have to get rid of save points. You should be able to save any game, any time, and any where. Unfortunately the games that this is most relevant in are the ones that still utilize the stupid save points!

another reason proving that earthbound's soundtrack was ahead of its time. Other games emulated other songs whilst earthbound sampled them straight up.
