I would definitely argue, and I think most would agree, that Skyward Sword is a much better game than Twilight Princess. Twilight Princess was good, don't get me wrong, but Skyward Sword innovates a lot more than TP did and has a much richer and deeper storyline. And I completely agree that the soundtrack is absolutely brilliant.

You're right, there's no way to look at pandas and think the area they live in should be inspired by Chinese culture. The only possible explanation is that they stole it. How else could anyone ever make a connection between pandas and China? If it weren't for Kung Fu Panda, people probably wouldn't even know pandas exist.

Certainly looks interesting, but I have to question how well the dialogue trees and branching story lines are going to work in an MMO. I have a ton of questions about how this game is actually going to work, and I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I've finally been playing through the first Mass Effect (yes, I know I am ridiculously behind) and the one thing that has caused me to love the game the most is the incredible depth they've created in the world. It's not just a video game world, it feels like a real, living, breathing universe. I always take the time to read everything I come across in games, since good stories are my favorite part of good video games, but Mass Effect is the first one that hasn't left me with more questions about the things I'm reading about.
