2 weeks, 4 days ago More console launch panic from Nintendo. May kill Wii U brand for new console identity. And it really should
The 10 seconds headache killed the 3DS.

I, and most people I know that tried it feel physically bad within 10 seconds of staring at the 3DS screen. You try it once and ultimately buy an Android phone.

I actually am looking forward to the next N console, I really wish for strong 3rd party support as I haven`t really enjoyed titles from N itself in a loooooong time

Maybe, if the 3G (or is it 4G?) version is available through multiple carriers. I won't switch carriers for it.

I live in Canada and am not interested in switching to Rogers.

You missed the quest related dog Barbas.

You can acquire him by doing a quest for Lod in Falkreath.
Once with the dog you have to accompany through a cave to complete the first part of the quest. After you are done, if you accept the 2nd part, the dog will tag along even if you don`t follow up on the quest right away.

Good thing Barbas can never be killed, and I am not sure if he can be knocked out of combat either, I had to watch him take on 4 bandits (2 of them in plates) and he kept on fighting until I snapped out of stupor to help him.

Bad thing with Barbas though: he keeps on glueing onto me, sometimes pushing me off, shifting target to the next object.

Add a regular follower and one atronach with Barbas and you have a deadly party.
4 months ago Hands-on preview: Battlefield 3 could be a better CoD than CoD, but should it really try to be?
Thanks for reassuring me. I was afraid after playing a vehicle less demo.

As for the single player campaign, Bf1942's SP consisted of playing the same maps against bots and then came CoD with it's over the top scripted SP experience.

Military shooter players have come to expect some "story mode" and CoD obviously has something going on, it comes to no surprise that BF3 might emulate it and folks will probably be pleased with it.

Personally I never played a Cod single player to completion except for Black Ops, and I did start Cod 1, 2, 4 and 5. They all came down to the same: run from cover to cover, let your teamates do the shooting, man the bazooka/sniper/MG for a few seconds, whatch the cutscene, wash, rinse, repeat. I don't know if I will play BF3 SP to the end, but what I really want is Conquest, conquest, and conquest.

"practically useless"

But, but, but.... ? Can't I spend my SPECIAL and PERK points using it? I mean, I might level up the next time I loot something at the corner store or I kill a (rad)roach.

"After the OXM team washed the taste of Kinect failure"
I guess you don't share the tastebuds of Nintendo's shareholders, they think that it's the Wii U that stinks. I bet they wished for a controller less option as well....

"perhaps Nintendo invented a new disc format for its system"

They did for the Wii... Wii media are called RVT and are similar to DVDs but are simply not

With an open title such as that, why not move the 3rd iteration to a different time and protagonist?

There are Siths and Jedis alright... why not make an open path that is shades of grey building into one path, the other ...or something in between.
