Either way, i see Sony giving themselves a bad rep here. The hacker is clearly going to get a good lawyer and get it all paid for by the community so why bother ?
I understand theyre trying to make a point - but why cant they just completely ban them from the network ? PC does it, Xbox too. And they all can be hacked.
