Am I the only guy on the planet who has no trouble grasping the plot of the Halo series? It's not that hard. Now, Battlestar Galactica. Holy crap, what the hell?
The Thing (the movie) remains one of my favorite horror flicks to date. The Thing (the game) was.... well, it was interesting to watch somebody ELSE play. Every now and then.
Never played Way of the Samurai 2, but I liked the first one. Played it start to finish. It was a fun ten minutes.
See kids, that's why you should practice safe sex. 'Cause otherwise you could get crabs which will then attack any shrunken hero trying to save your life from the inside.
These should be emblazoned on a plaque (or at least printed on a poster) and issued with every console purchase, so we can hang them on the wall and point and say "Okay, but first read those, dammit" when that non-gamer in our lives says "can I play too?"
Chief can flip a two-ton Warthog, even a Scorpion tank, if the player actually managed to turn it over. And yet, Elites routinely require more than one pistol whip or rifle butt to the face before they go down. Even Grunts aren't guaranteed to go down in one hit.
Great games. Aladdin on the Genesis claimed a large chunk of my childhood, and GoldenEye was my most-played game on the N64. Butcher Bay is one of my all-time faves.
Oh, like the vest Dan's got goin' on, there.
