Game of the Month, July 2011
Best possible choice (and yes, I'm saying that as somebody who has played "EDFIA" for 80 hours thus far). Bravo, GR.

Oh dear god, PLEASE. Pretty pretty pretty please. I know the selection of winners will be completely random, but c'mon, pick me! I will never ask the fine people at GamesRadar for anything else again.

5 months ago The Black Eyed Peas Experience - hands-on preview
"The Black Eyed Peas ... is the multi-platinum genre-crossing group known just as much for their catchy music as they are for their well choreographed moves. Visually and musically, it’s no wonder that they were next in line for their own dance-based game."

ALSO, THEY CURE ILL PUPPIES!

Cheryll, I'm not saying you're a bad writer- you aren't- but this is weak.

Great press release, guys- let me know when GR returns to objectivity.

6 months, 2 weeks ago TimeSplitters 4: Nine things it needs to do to guarantee a gleefully amazing sequel
I feel exactly the same way as you do about "TS2" and "TS3", David- I played "TS2" to death, but I didn't even finish "Future Perfect". It just... wasn't fun. Your tips and ideas are spot-on, especially regarding multiplayer. Bravo.

Personally, I don't care about re-releases and upgrading previous games to HD. What I do care about is getting to play the mode in which the worse you're doing, the smaller you become (and playing it as a cop whose wardrobe is stuck in the 1970s).
6 months, 3 weeks ago The Top 7… Epic dance battles
"Stubbs" wins in my book. "Space Channel 5" is an awesome game, but getting modern indie rock bands to cover '50s classics was a brilliant move. It's a shame the songs aren't otherwise used in the game, but the soundtrack is great, and the dance battle using it is almost as good. I love the moves, I love how Stubbs enters and leaves the dance floor, and I love what a random occurrence the sequence is within the game.
6 months, 3 weeks ago Limbo: The saddest video ever made
This isn't the saddest video ever made- the saddest thing about it is that all you guys did was take the stupidest, most easily-avoidable deaths. I mean, there isn't a person alive who would see that tire rolling toward them in the game and decide to simply stop and look at it. There is so much sorrow in "Limbo"- leading other children to their deaths, ripping apart the spider, the ever-increasing sense of loneliness, and (obviously) the ending- and instead, you just made a five-minute video of setting off traps and then intentionally not getting away from them. Oh, and you set it to incredibly cheesy music. Great job, GR.
