This is a known bug across all the platforms. The ramps on the first jump are down so you cannot progress. many people say to put the jaguar head first then the skull. But I don't think it makes any difference. It's a bug on the load up of the start of the level. You will have to restart the level again from a previous save at another level and do the level again. If you don't have a previous save like myself had not you will have to start the game from the beginning again...ha:(
Save just before start of level and at the end of the one before that way you can go back if you need. Hope this helps
