The Top 7... Loading screens that don't suck quite as hard as loading screens normally do
The best part about the Resident Evil loading screens was in RE2 (I think) a zombie jumped out. The door opened normally then a zombie appeared. Great scare tactic because you thought the screens were safe.

I would say Time Killers. The best part was if your arm got cut off, and you hit that arm button, you'd spurt a bit of blood.

Delta Force was a great game for snipping. We used to play that all the time after school when I was in high school.

Why is Mutant League Football mentioned under "football games forgotten?" Obviously, it's not. You even mention that in the article! For me, my forgotten football game that holds a special place in my heart is John Elway's games. There's a glitch that allowed you to run so fast no one could catch you.
