When I bought Indigo Prophecy, everyone said to pick up the Strategy Guide, "You'll need it." So I did; I beat the game, and I still haven't opened the book. Considering how long it took to make the game (6 years) I was expecting more.

Dragon's Lair: Just released on DSiWare. Not a 5 star game, but a must have for ANY historian!

As long as Nintendo doesn't take 2010 for granted. Lot of silent hits in 09. Hopefully, it was a wake-up call, after a dead 08. If that didn't get gamers to pull their Wii's out the closet and dust them off, well...

We got a great line-up for 2010. Now it's all up for gamers to get out there and play 'em. This year's the "Make it or break it" year for the Wii.

Althou i do think its weird this isnt coming out on 360, it doesn't use the advantages of the wii (motion control) and would be better off on the 360 (better online, visuals)

Gotta love Quantic Dream! No, scriptwriting was never one of their strong suits, but even back with Omikron, they really pioneered some of our favorite genres. I loved Indigo Prophecy, despite it's short-comings, so this one looks one worth picking up. Hell, worth picking up a PS3 for, as long as it's exclusive.

Maybe people won't care about the iPad itself, but hopefully with its introduction, the iPod's price will come down!

I mean, it looks great, but for something that large, I was hoping it would stand on its own, like a laptop, not an oversized PDA. And how would you protect it? It looks like it would get broken too easily.

Both PS3's and x-box's attempt at motion control will fail and wii motion plus won't. you entered too late in the game sony/microsoft, and natal will suck because you must hold stuff while playing a game, simple as that ( well, if your punching and kicking it wont matter i guess, but shooting and driving...),

GR picks 360. Who didn't see that coming? As far as console sales go, Wii's got the lead; always has/will. Doesn't matter (most of that won't even go to gamers). What matters now is games, and yes, it will probably be the 360, just like last year.
Hopefully, the introduction of Project Natal and Sony's "wand" will encourage 3rd party developers hoping to catch casual players. That means one thing: SHOVELWARE! But that's good; it means that all the crap swamping the Wii should be more evenly divided between the 3 systems, giving the 3rd party exclusives, like Grinder, Red Steel 2, Conduit 2 etc., a better chance.

No denying it.
These are the games that everyone knows, gamers or not. Even when shown in a bad light, their impact on the gaming world (or world in general) cannot be denied. Whenever someone bashes violence in games, they have to mention GTA. Addiction = WoW. Exercise = WiiSports, etc. These are the games EVERY gaming connoisseur should have in their library.

Basically, we bet on one of two scenarios for the Wii: a repeat of '09 (a slew of silent hits, everything from Grinder to Red Steel 2), or a hardcore wake-up call. If the former happens, that should finalize the Wii's flatline (hey, we're ready for the next cycle anyway). If the latter happens, that means the hits of 09 were enough to bring back the fans, and almost nothing should flop. I don't see any in-between here.

Crash on the Simpsons? No you don't get recognized outside GAMES unless you're huge! And all I've ever seen (besides shitty direct Saturday morning cartoons) are nods to Mario, Link, Pac-man, and maaaaybe Sonic. "Dash" definitely means Crash was big!

No, I say let Crash rest. He was almost the face of Sony for a while, but all other mascots have really gone Kaput! Poor Sonic was just run into the ground; MS is trying to reach "new audience" and after ODST, pretty much told Master Chief to hit the road. Mario's holding in there for now, but he's taken a lot a heat lately. No telling how long he's going to last.
Let us remember Crash with fond memories.
