Left 4 Dead (PC): Real Left 4 Dead players do it at night
This is a pretty cool mod, but I have to think that this will make it even harder on the Survivors--especially in Versus. Considering that a complete finish is rare with the guys I play with, I doubt we'll use it.

Star Wars: The Old Republic (PC): Hands on with The Old Republic
Is this game going to have any space combat or flight? From the preview, it sounds like it won't, and that is a huge part of Star Wars for me. I would love to be able to save up and buy my own ship, or be able to buy larger ships with a group. They could also let you purchase/earn speeders or something that you can load into your ship and then use when on planets.

Top 7... tricks that make video games highly addictive
Did you seriously write "human beans?" I couldn't tell if that was supposed to be a joke or not. I recently read another article that talked about a lot of the psychology they intentionally use in games like WOW to keep you playing. It's actually a little scary.

The Witcher 2 debut trailer
@Destructo33: I believe you are thinking of the first game. It was supposed to see a special 360 release, but was canned. As for the sequel, I'm quite interested. I only hope that they give us the full version, unlike how the original was censored. It's rated "M" for a reason.

The future's bright for PC hardware this year
I'm the most interested in new processor and GPU tech. I just hope that games start taking advantage of multiple cores more often. I don't really see cloud gaming working, and I think that motion control won't work for the PC. Also, while it would be nice to game on netbooks, that isn't the real draw to owning one, and I think PC gaming will still primarily be on the desktop/large laptop.

10 reasons the iPad could fail catastrophically
I don't see what niche this is even trying to fill. It's not a tablet, but it's not a smart phone. It's some middle ground that I don't think anyone was asking to be filled. Other than people who think this looks cool, and a few people that will use it for artistic purposes, I think this will fail.

Gaming's would-be innovators
I really like Fable. That may partially be because I hadn't really heard much of Molyneux's hype about it, and just liked it for what it was, rather than what it was supposed to be.

Which villains will appear in Batman: Arkham Asylum 2?
The idea of an isolated area similar to the first game is probably necessary, but I really want to see Rocksteady's take on Gotham City, so I would love to see at least part of the game there. Even if it is only an intro fight or final boss fight, it would be nice to see the Dark Knight in his element. As far as villains, they really do have lots of choices that they set up in the first game. Personally, I could see Two-Face, The Penguin, or Scarecrow being the main villain, with lots of minor villains similar to the first game. Scarecrow would actually give the developers an excuse to have a portion of Gotham "quarantined" which would be the isolated area they need to have the feeling of the first game, but with a new setting. Also, seeing as how Batman uses fear so much, he makes an interesting villain to play off of. An entirely new villain created for the game would be interesting as well, though I don't know how well that would tie in with all of the existing villains sure to show up.

QOTW: What band do you now love because of music games?
The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets are pretty awesome. Kinda like a nerdy punk/grunge band. Never would've heard of them if not for the PAX pack. And also, Priestess had that awesome song in GHIII and their album's pretty solid. I also checked out a bit more Cream, The Doors, Blue Oyster Cult, Aerosmith, Smashing Pumpkins, Heart, Jane's Addiction and Thin Lizzy.

QOTW: What once-beloved game do you now hate?
The Sims. When I was young, carefree and had the time for it, it was pretty fun and absorbing. Even if for a bit you just got into a routine of eat, sleep, work. Now I'm old, jaded and have less time, I pretty much live the eat, sleep, work routine and it's not fun, just absorbing
