Hard to say at this stage, but I could see it playing out like this: MW3 sells like hotcakes at first because of what it is, BF3 also sells strong. Soon after that, by word of mouth/reviews/blogs MW3's sales nose dive as people get bored and realize it doesn't have the same special feeling they got from the first 2 and BF3 increases in popularity causing it's sales to rise. Basically in the long run I think BF3 will sell better. One thing I can guarantee is BF3 will have a longer play life. MW3 will probably be a fine game, but man that trailer bores me to no end :|
