I think GR is focusing too much on the price. For me that's not as much of a concern as software. I really like the potential of the Vita, but I want to see some of those online capabilities. If I can play games like CoD online on the go, I'm sold for sure on it. As it stands though there aren't really any big multiplayer games coming out for the system at launch with PS3 cross compatibility except Wipeout, and so that's why I'll probably wait. It either needs new software or online for me, and right now it's just rehashes of other games

Ugh...it looks like an iOS knock-off game. None of it looked remotely reminiscent of Metal Gear, especially how the enemies all lined up next to Raiden to basically be slaughtered. The enemy AI just looks so poor.

Just so you know, you never get the Hunter's gun. I'll admit you get the Fuel Rod, but it's much weaker and isn't a continuous beam. Just letting you guys know you may want to edit that. See below:

"The weapon is incredibly heavy, making it suitable only for the Hunters, as no other races could carry such a massive load, showing the immense strength of the Hunter. The only known instances of it are fused directly to the Hunter's armor, located on the right "arm" of the colony, built into the Lekgolo that make up that limb. This makes the weapon impossible to be used by the player in any game."

My only problem with this review (which is a great review, this is just a complaint I have with all Battlefield reviews) is that it doesn't take into account the possibility that no one will help each other online, and instead insists they will. I've enjoyed playing Battlefield games before, but often it amounted to "Spawn and run as fast as possible to tank" for many of my allies. Many of the support actions are done for kills and leveling up (I'll place ammo here so I can wait for people around this corner), and not so much seeing someone in need on your squad and directly helping them. It does work out well sometimes, but I think that a part of the review should include some sort of admittance to readers like "If you get into a game with solid players..." Again, it's a great review, but it's also a very real fact of the Battlefield games.

All I'll say is that IGN, who is notorious for being biased against the PS3, gave Uncharted 2 a 9.5 and gave Uncharted 3 a 10. For all the people saying that this means they're going to pass or buy the game used, I just want to point out that if the game is good enough to win over the PS3's biggest critics and get 10's across all aspects of their review, it is for sure worth checking out. This goes for the people who are crying foul on it being a bad score as well. I can't agree or disagree with Gamesradar as I haven't played it, but the IGN review speaks the world to me (for once) because of how often and easily they put down PS3 games. Just saying.

So essentially Dice is further manipulating reviews by making sure the well thought out, critical reviews (none of those, I watched a video online personal blog reviews) don't come out until after the game does, or that they're rushed and not as well thought out. Awesome.

Downloaded it early and played through the regular bank heist with the AI, and it was awesome. Had a lot of fun, and I only faced two of the special unites so I'm excited for the rest. The gunplay is clunky at first (like L4D) but it feels more natural, and as you level up it feels better if you increase your weapon accuracy and you get the hang of it.

A note about leveling up, it's done through 3 trees and as you level up in the game you choose which section you want to unlock on your next level up. That said, if you want only assault you can always choose that as the next option, or you can change to another set on the fly.
