How many people are working at GR? One? Can't you delegate this out to someone else? I've been waiting since Monday to hear something, but have gotten nothing, yet I see that others have gotten their cloaks. I can understand that there may be problems, but it's blatantly obvious that GR wasn't capable of handling a promotion like this. And I'm sure Turbine is feeling the same way right about now.

What if we submitted a message but haven't gotten a cloak yet? Should we wait a few days or submit another one?
