First and foremost talkradar is the best thing since steak and BJ day. I sneak my mp3 player to work every day, and try to stiffle my laughter so I don't look insane. LOve the podcast you guys rock. Now that I got that fanboy love out I have been playing games since the days of nintendo...no screw that I had a atari 2600 and rocked the hell out of it. I have for some reason become the guy at work who has to defend the entire video game industry to a bunch of old bastards who think it's a waste of time, even though a few them cretly play flight sim or world war 2 games. It doesn't matter, I accept this responiblity with pride. I went about playng whatever was popular at the time, the marios, the sonics, the streetfighters, the final fantasy 7s( yes it was over rated,sorry get over it). I was a strict playstation lover through the end of the ps2 and was really psyched about th ps3, but I couldn't justify te kind of money on my paycheck. The my friend said dude you gotta see this game gears of war, you can come to my house and we'll play all night it'll be fun. Being a 26-27 year old man I assumed he was gay ad make some kind of pass at me. so I contiuously turned him down. Finally I agreed to go there midday with plans later that day, I couldn't stay too long blah blah blah. We where up till 4 am playing co-op on insane, multiplayer. my world was rocked, the following week I picked up my gears 360 bundle and never turned back. I work a 12 hour shift and have a wife and two beautiful girls, so needless to say my gaming time has deminished. when I can I stay up as late as I can playing my 360 until recently I got " the red ring" currently I have been broken down to a ps2 and let me tell you, once you play on a high def tv on a next gen system...you can never go home again...I don't remember ps2 being so fugly...
