If your little sister can draw like that she should go to art school!! This is a great game with good artwork for it's time. I also think judging a game for it's artwork only shows what kind of a gamer you are, not a very good one. I know for a fact this games story is amazing, the gameplay is fun and the art work is better than you give it credit.

P.S Tell your little sister to have fun in art school for me, will ya?
