| The first GTA game I had ever played. Before this, my cousin had introduced me to 007: GoldenEye for N64. That was the most violent game i'd ever played. Then I was at his place a couple years later, and he was playing GTA 3. I wasn't shocked at how much i liked it, but i was very certain my parents wouldn't....which of course made me all the more desperate to play more. It turned out I was wrong: shortly afterward, my dad decided i was getting old enough to make these decisions on my own, and actually told me when he saw the game at a second hand store. I now own every GTA game made for PS1,2,3. I didn't try the 1st one very long before i gave up trying to revert back to a more 2-dimensional world, but i'm running out of games to try. I'll prolly go at it with a vengeance before too long. |

| I have not yet had the pleasure of playing Conan, but I have to say that this game was in my opinion awesome. My only wish is that they had gotten the voices from the movie. John Malkovich's and Anthony Hopkins' voices are way too recognizable to be replaced! Anyways, the swordplay was fun, and the idea of choosing between being a rageful killing machine and an honorable thane that any man would fight for is a sweet addition. But what i also really enjoy that may be a turn-off for many is leading the men in song as they row the boat. And i'm not gonna lie, trying to fight off those witch-daughters was hard at first. But if you keep trying to kill them instead of letting them jump on you (for those of you playing with only your free hand) it's actually quite easy. At least on the easiest difficulty setting. I imagine I will soon rent Conan, though if it's too much like God of War, I probably won't like it that much. Anyhoo, alibabba checkin' out: |

| The gameplay is fairly enjoyable, but the storyline moves too slowly. Probably because I like just swinging around and capping bad guys more than i like the missions. Anyway, i got bored with the game and it now sits on my shelf awaiting my renewed interest. If i pick it up again, i'll add another comment. | |
