Funny that I just saw this rant. I have both a 360 and PS3, and I like them both for different reasons. I had always been a SONY person until I wanted to play HALO 3,so I bought the 360 in September of 07, last night while playing Deadspace, my 360 took a SHIT on me and decided to die due to RROD. Now, I knew all about this beforehand and treated the 360 like a fucking holy artifact. I had the thing on a friging pedistal to keep it well ventilated, I made sure to clean the dust from it and yet it still died on me. Meanwhile my PS3, which i've had since the release day, is still running like a champ. Other than the numerous firmware updates, i've never had a problem with it.
The MS team has known about the RROD problem for quite awhile, this should not still be happening.
