Bag 15 is not as hard as you think:) The pipes you have to jump correctly...well..you don't:) Just wall run as far you can and jump for the third pipe;)As for the ledge that woudln't grab...I think it is because you don't turn enough to the right. Anyways... I hope i were to some help:)
