Battlestations confuses me. Isn't the point of most games to stay ALIVE? Historical accuracy is good and all, but I don't see flying a kamikaze mission as a good selling point. I can kill myself in plenty of other, and most likely better, games.
My first pre-order was The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I had it mailed directly to me in Iraq. I knew that if anything could make a shitty situation better, it was returning to the high seas with my lifelong friend in the green tunic.
Gadget from Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers always got me. Sadly, she didn't have much of a role in the game, so I have to go with Moby from Wurm: Journey to the Center of the Earth.
