If you disarm the bomb, you can get the strength bobblehead by going into Lucas Simms' house when it's open (as it will be from time to time - about 13:00 was when I found the door open). Therefore you don't have to kill him or break in.

But in fairness, this was about PR disasters, and around that time, Sony was making quite a mess of things. Especially seeing as the technology they had was actually pretty darn good.

The launch was a PR disaster. Since then, it's been constantly improving, and IMO it is the superior console. Sony just didn't put it across properly.

And they're more than making up for it now. Oh, and just to clarify, I'm very much a PS3 gamer.

I loved Metroid II: Return of Samus - it was one of the two games I got with my Game Boy Pocket (along with Wave Race) - I really want to play it again, but this is one of the few games I just can't find around my house any more.

I might get this. I have every Playstation Smackdown except for the third one (I didn't get my PS2 until Shut Your Mouth was almost out), and last years edition.

I'd quite like a next-gen one though.

Oh and (apologies for the double post) I do enjoy a bit of man-love... especially the one where the goalscorer slides on his front, two players appear to pin him down on either side, and then another lies atop him and proceeds to thrust vigorously into said goalscorer. Poor bloke, he only wanted his team to win the game...

I'm a PES man myself, but I do enjoy playing FIFA from time to time. Nevertheless, it's nice to see someone finally agreeing with my opinion that despite FIFA ostensibly looking 'better', PES does have better player likenesses.

I will be buying PES, and as I'm not exactly rich right now, that probably means I won't be picking up FIFA, unless I can get it preowned for a tenner somewhere - although this is quite possible with yearly sports games.

This hasn't really been on my radar due to the busy time around it (Fallout 3, LittleBigPlanet, PES09 and so on) - but I would quite like to get it, and it does look excellent. I probably won't pick it up for a while though.

The Riddick game is fantastic.

I really want a next-gen game with a similar theme - set in a Max-security prison and getting involved with all the inmates. I just loved how there was a really noticeable community in there. Outstanding game.

Yeah, I remember when Driver first came out, I was pretty young and that first level was so challenging. You feel so great when you beat it though, especially with 1 second left.

I would also say "I Wanna Be The Guy", but then I guess that's obvious by now. It's just how whichever way you go from the start, you will almost certainly die within 5 seconds the first time you play.

Yes, it said "Words: Gamesmaster UK" at the top.

They're part of the same network, they do this from time to time, there's nothing strange about it - they used PSM3s "Evolution of the Tree" too recently, for example.

I'm still not convinced by FIFA's graphics, for me they're a bit too grainy, I still prefer the more cartoony PES style. But every man to themselves.
